On September 19, 2022, the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education filed a Petition with the Tennessee Supreme Court proposing amendments to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 21. See the document here.
In addition, the Commission filed a Motion to Withdraw a Petition the Commission filed in 2020. The new Petition incorporates many of the suggestions from the 2020 Petition.
