Attorneys must earn the required 15 hours of CLE before January 1, 2026, but have until March 31 to report hours to the Commission.

Rule 21 & Regulations

Continuing legal education in Tennessee is governed by Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 21. Under the Rule and its accompanying regulations, the Commission staff administers the provisions and provides day-to-day operational support to attorneys and providers.
