CLE Compliance for 2023
Compliance for 2023 CLE is established after December 31, 2023. Any hours completed on December 31 or earlier will apply to 2023 compliance. Providers have 30 days to report attendance to the Commission, therefore the Commission waits until the reporting period is over to begin making compliance assessments on attorneys who do not have all hours reported.
If an attorney has taken CLE courses more than 30 days ago and the hours are not reflected on the attorney’s account, contact the CLE provider to request the attendance be reported.
