All attorneys should have received via email a copy of their 2024 Progress Report, listing the courses that have been reported to the Commission for 2024 Compliance.
If a course you took is not listed on the report and it has been more than 30 days since you completed the course, please reach out to the provider to ensure they are working to report the attendance to the Commission. The Commission cannot post attendance for courses that the provider has accredited with the Commission.
If you have taken courses outside of Tennessee that are not accredited by the Commission, you can use the form on this page to request attorney accreditation. That page also contains information about other types of credits, such as college teaching credits, writing credits, and credit for indigent representation.
All CLE must be earned by midnight on December 31, 2024. Providers have 30 days to report credit hours and the Commission does not begin to assess compliance until after that 30 days has passed. If you take courses in December that are not on your account by the end of January, please contact your provider.
If you plan to claim an exemption for 2024, you must file it after Annual Report Statements are sent in January.
