The Board of Professional Responsibility offers two free online CLE courses. Attorneys only pay the Commission a $2/hour reporting fee. The courses are:
Succession Planning: A guide to effective closing your law practice is a one-hour course designed to assist attorneys in preparing to wind down their practice.
Tennessee Consolidated Lawyer Self-Assessment is worth three dual credit hours and focuses on ten core practice principles.
Attorneys can access the courses here.
After the courses are completed, attorneys should submit the Request for Credit not Reported by Provider form along with the email completion confirmation from the BPR.
